GRP Antibacterial Ceiling
A glass-reinforced plastic ceiling that does not absorb moisture — the reason it survives Gulf humidity where mineral fibre sags.

Overview
GRP panels are moulded in one piece from polyester resin, glass fibre and fillers. The face is a gel-coat, so the surface is closed: water absorption is 0.3% rather than the 10–30% typical of mineral fibre. In a building where the air conditioning runs all year and the ceiling void swings in humidity, that single number decides whether the ceiling is replaced in year five or year twenty-five.
Panels are demountable on a concealed triangular grid, which matters in a hospital: services above the ceiling get accessed by lifting a panel, not by cutting the finish.
Ceilings are supplied with the concealed grid and perimeter trim, cut to the setting-out drawing.

FAQ
Can I get samples before specifying?
Yes — tell us finish and thickness and we send panels including cut sections, so your team sees the build-up rather than only the face.
Which documents come with the panel?
Fire, acoustic, antibacterial or hazardous-substance reports as applicable, plus the installation method statement. CE marking applies to our glass-fibre acoustic ceiling range only.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
Quoted per project, since both depend on panel types and mix. Send the area and the specification and we confirm in writing with the quotation.
Send the project and we will answer line by line
Including the lines we cannot meet — that is faster than finding out after the order.
