Every document below is sent by email against a named project, because reports and drawings are versioned and we would rather you worked from the current edition. Name the item and the project; the file comes back with the standard it was tested to.

Datasheets

One datasheet per range, carrying the same values as the test report rather than rounded-up figures. Where a parameter has no report, the datasheet says so.

Test reports

Reports are issued per product and per standard; ask for the combination you are specifying and you receive the PDF, not a summary.

Fire classification reportsEN 13501-1 for the glass-fibre acoustic and GRP ceiling ranges; GB 8624 for domestic submittals.
Request by email
Sound absorption reportEN ISO 354 and GB/T 20247, supporting NRC ≥ 0.90 on the glass-fibre acoustic ceiling.
Request by email
Antibacterial and anti-mould reportsGB/T 31402 (E. coli, S. aureus) and GJB 150.10A for the acoustic ceiling; JIS Z 2801 for the GRP ceiling.
Request by email
Hazardous-substance screeningEU 249, covering 19 heavy metals and 60 phthalate plasticisers, for homogeneous PVC flooring.

CAD details

Drawings are issued as details, not a catalogue, because interfaces cause the failures: ceiling perimeter to a curved wall, wall base to coved floor, panel joint at a door frame.

Ceiling detailsConcealed triangular grid, perimeter trim, access panel and the demountable opening sequence.

Comparison sheet

One page, four ceiling types, the properties that decide a hospital specification. The GRP column is ours, with the standards shown; the other three describe those categories generally — check the manufacturer's datasheet before comparing.

How to request

State the item, the product range, the standard if you have one, and the project. If you are working to a BOQ or a consultant's specification, send it and we will mark the clauses our ranges meet and those they do not. A named engineer replies within one working day.

All requests route through the quotation and enquiry form.
