certifications and test reports

Most suppliers answer a certification question with a wall of logos. We would rather show which document sits behind which claim — including the ranges where CE marking does not apply. Every figure below carries the standard it was tested to.

CE · glass-fibre acoustic ceiling only EN 13501-1 · GB 8624 ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · ISO 45001

Start with the CE boundary

CE marking, SGS reports and Korean fire certification apply to one range only: our glass-fibre acoustic ceiling panels. That range is classified to EN 13501-1 for fire and tested to EN ISO 354 for absorption; the CE documentation follows the panel, not the company.

The GRP antibacterial ceiling, medical clean wall panel, glass-fibre resin wall panel, homogeneous PVC flooring and green-carbon ranges are supplied with test reports — fire, acoustic, antibacterial or hazardous-substance, as applicable. None of them carries CE marking. We do not describe them as CE certified in a quotation, a datasheet or a submittal, because a rejected submittal costs a month.

If your specification requires CE marking on every surface, we will say at enquiry stage which lines meet it and which do not.

Which product has which document

Where a cell says report on request, the report exists and is sent as a PDF, not left unsubstantiated.

Read the CE column before the others. A CE mark on the acoustic ceiling range does not extend to the GRP ceiling, the wall panels or the flooring, even where those products reach the same fire class.

The standards, and what each one tests

A number without a standard is a marketing claim. These are the methods behind our figures.

Company-level certification

Four credentials sit at company level: ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, and China Green Eco-Friendly Product Certification.

They describe how the factory is run and audited, not how a product behaves in a fire test — hence their place apart from the table.

Product-level environmental labelling appears once, on the glass-fibre acoustic ceiling: the China 10-Ring eco-label.

What you receive, and what stays off this page

  • Report PDFs for the product and standard you are specifying, with the laboratory identified.
  • Datasheets carrying the same values as the report, not rounded-up figures.
  • CAD details and installation method statements for the junctions in your design.
  • Clause-by-clause responses to a specification or BOQ, where you send us one.

Certificate numbers, report numbers and scanned certificates are not published here. They are sent against a named enquiry, so the document you receive matches the product, the standard and the edition you asked for.

Before you specify

Send the surface, the product range and the fire class your code requires; the matching report and the CE position come back in one email.

Where we do not hold a report for a parameter, we say so. Datasheets for every range, with CAD details and the installation manual, are listed on the technical downloads page.
