Send the five items below and the first reply will be a specified, priced response rather than a request for more information. A named engineer — not a shared inbox — reads every enquiry and answers within one working day.
Attach the BOQ, the consultant's specification or the drawings if you have them. A schedule reference is enough: we work through it clause by clause and mark where our ranges comply and where they do not.
First, a reply within one working day — either the quotation or the two or three questions that actually block it. Second, datasheets and test reports for the ranges in scope, with the CE position stated plainly. Third, a quotation that confirms lead time for your mix, since both depend on the panel types and the quantities per surface. Fourth, samples and a mock-up bay before production, where the project calls for one.
Samples are sent as panels with cut sections, so your team sees the build-up and not only the face. For a tender, ask for the submittal pack instead: datasheets, the report behind each value, CAD junction details and the installation manual, in one email.
That is enough to start. Send the drawing set and the room schedule; we return a panel-by-panel take-off and a list of the junctions that need a detail. No price is published on this site, because a quotation depends on the specification, the mix and the destination.
The five items above are the ones that decide whether we can quote. The rest saves a round of questions.
Ask for the datasheets and test reports first; the specification can follow.
